Are there blackout/limited availability dates for my Pocono Mountain, PA season pass?

Waterpark - Season passes do not include pre-determined blackout dates; however, occasional entry restrictions may apply due to park capacity. These restrictions are more likely during holiday weekends and spring break periods. For additional clarification, please email SeasonPass@KalahariResorts.com.

Spa – passholders are strongly encouraged to call 570-216-5493 prior to each visit to assure availability.

Can I purchase multiple Season Passes under one transaction? Each subscription-based pass (Spa) must be processed in a separate transaction. Nevertheless, the same email address can be utilized for multiple subscriptions and transactions. Seasonal passes that are not based on a subscription (Waterpark) can be acquired for several individuals in a single transaction.

Can I share my Season Pass with somebody else? Unfortunately, no. Every Season Pass is associated with one individual.

I purchased my Season Pass, now when can I use it!?! You can begin using your Season Pass immediately (granted, its for the current time period)! Check in at the Waterpark or Spa front desk each visit for access. If you purchase a Waterpark or Tom Foolerys pass you’ll be issued an ID card on your first visit.

Subscription products only - When will I be charged next after subscribing? After your initial purchase, subscriptions renew on the same date of the month the following month (monthly subscription) or on the same date of the month in three months (three-month subscription).

Subscription products only - How do I cancel my Season Pass subscription? Log into your account, select My account, then Subscriptions, and then Cancel Subscription. Please note: canceling a subscription doesn’t cancel your most recent order.
